Dairy products are important for good overall health, especially bone health. Eating cheese and other dairy products also might help protect teeth against cavities. The subjects in the milk, sugar-free yogurt and paraffin groups had no significant changes in the pH levels in their mouths. The pH levels for those who ate cheese, however, increased rapidly at each interval, suggesting that cheese has anti-cavity properties.

Love them. First dentists since my childhood one that make me feel completely at ease. Cannot recommend them enough.

Dr. Ehrhardt is the first dentist I have had since I was a child that makes me feel comfortable! He makes sure there is no pain. He explains everything thoroughly and gives you a clear understanding! He's not just there to do a job! You can tell he is there to take care of his patients and has a passion for it. He is very knowledgeable, gentle and his staff is simply amazing!! They make you feel so comfortable they're very sweet, understanding and welcoming! The entire facility is so welcoming and clean! He came very highly recommended.. so thankful I took that chance... I drive almost an hour just to go to him! I wouldn't choose another dentist!! As long as he is practicing regardless of how far I have to come to an appt. I will not choose anyone else! 😊

My 5 year old was in extreme pain after a filling came out of his tooth. We called ALL over Wichita and everyone was either out of the office or wouldn’t help me. One call to Dr. Ehrhardt and he squeezed my son in and even stayed past closing time to fix his tooth. I am so thankful for Iowa Park Dental and it’s staff!
